FAQ'S

Answers to our most frequently asked questions

  • How long do you like to keep a horse in training?
Typically, a horse stays a minimum of 90 days. However, during the initial evaluation, we will make a plan tailored to your horses individual needs and your goals for your partnership.
  • What payment options are available?
We accept check, cash, Zelle or PayPal.
  • Can I come to watch you work my horse?
You can absolutely watch me work with your horse and it is encouraged. I ask that you limit your visits to once per week and follow our ranch rules that were provided. By limiting your visits to once a week you will be able to see the transformation your horse makes through the process. It’s harder to see if you visit each day.
  • Can I take lessons with my horse while he/she is in training?
Yes, lessons are included in your training package and are highly encouraged. You get 2 lessons included with each month of training purchased. This is an important part of the process so you learn what your horse has learned while in training and how to maintain it.
  • What disciplines do you train?
My training methods are excellent for all disciplines and build a strong foundation for your horse to continue any direction. There are no limitations on breeds or disciplines I work with.
  • What is the minimum age for starting horses?
There is no minimum age for my program. It really depends on your goals for your horse, whether it be better ground manners or starting under saddle. A horse won’t be backed until a minimum of a full 2 years old.
